Event Registration Data

We keep your event registration information (name, email, phone) for 2 years after your last event participation to maintain our volunteer community and send you updates about future cleanups. You may request deletion at any time.

Contact Form Submissions

Inquiries submitted through our contact forms are retained for 1 year after resolution to maintain a record of our communications and improve our services.

Donation Records

Donation and tax receipt information is retained for 7 years as required by IRS regulations for 501(c)(3) organizations.
